In 2016 Queen Margrethe II of Denmark visited again the Faroe Islands, this time Sandoy where Karl one day before had been art walking and creating with natural materials from the site.
The engagement of Her Majesty for art and our planet, as well as the response Karl got from her for the art book Floating Rocks, motivated us to take her 80th birthday on the 16th of April this year - when the Danish people are honouring Her Majesty by singing songs - to publish Nordic Green Art.

I 2016 besøgte dronning Margrethe II Færøerne igen, denne gang Sandoy, hvor Karl en dag før havde været på kunstvandring og skabt med naturlige materialer fra stedet.
Hendes majestets engagement i kunst og vores planet, såvel som det svar Karl fik fra hende for kunstbogen Floating Rocks, motiverede os til at bruge hendes 80-årsdag den 16. april i år - da det danske folk ærer hendes majestæt ved at synge sange - til at udgive Nordic Green Art.
